Carpenter Foreman

A Carpenter Foreman performs journeyman level work in rough and finish carpentry in alteration and construction of buildings, cabinets, specialty wood items and general remodeling. The Carpenter Foreman supervises and coordinates the work of multiple crews of workers. Additionally, Carpenter Foreman is responsible for seeing that the Carpenter Supervisors and workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.

 
Carpenter Apprentice

Carpenter Apprentices range from unskilled to semi-skilled workers whose duties include but are not limited to handling the materials of bricklayers, cement masons, and carpenters. A Carpenter Apprentice must know how to work with his/her hands and with power tools run by gasoline, electricity, and compressed air. They may work with heavy equipment, pumps, compressors, lasers, and vibrators. Apprentices assist the Carpenters in a variety of other jobs.

 
Carpenter

Carpenters possess skills and perform work which is basic to most building construction. They will erect wood and steel framework in buildings; build forms for concrete; and erect partitions, studs, joists, drywall and rafters. Many Carpenters work indoors to install all types of floor coverings, ceilings, paneling, trim, and interior systems. They must be very skillful as "finish" work is visible and often involves expensive materials. All Carpenters use a wide variety of hand and power tools, and they must be able to maintain their tools in good, safe working order.

 
Carpenter Supervisor

A Carpenter Supervisor performs journeyman level work in rough and finish carpentry in alteration and construction of buildings, cabinets, specialty wood items and general remodeling. The Carpenter Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of a (1) crew of workers. Additionally, Carpenter Supervisors are responsible for seeing that the workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.

 
Sales and Design Consultant

The Sales and Design Consultant is responsible for all commercial and residential home remodeling sales activities, from lead generation through the sign contract in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area.

 
Sales Manager

A Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all commercial and residential home remodeling sales activities in assigned market. The Sales Manager staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Excel Custom Contractors was founded by Robert McDonald when he saw a need to provide higher quality service and products in Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

The desire was to meet the challenging needs and high level of customer demands with Integrity and superior service.
